Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation

Booking Process: Appointments are scheduled through:

  • Recurring appointment arrangements for ongoing therapy

Confirmation Requirements: All appointments require:

  • Client confirmation at least 24 hours prior to session

  • Current contact information and emergency contacts

  • Payment method on file for session fees

Schedule Changes: Modifications to regular appointments:
